I tried again to cancel this year and sent an e mail to their support ,they asked me to provide the last 4 numbers of credit card I had used ,i did provide that but later on found out that they were using my old credit card number and they refused to cancel. Nothing like this happened and I just found out that I did get charged.

I tried cancelling my account last year and couldnt, then chatted with an agents and also called and I was assured that my account will be cancelled and I will not be charged for upcoming 2022-23 period. This particular company has a difficult onsite page for a consumer to cancel their subscription. I want to bring my experience with this cloud storage company IDRIVE.Com based out of california.
